Jan Law has been Amgen’s award winning ETC since 2003. She brings patience, creativity, humor and enthusiasm to the many tasks she performs in her duties on behalf the company around the nation. The transportation program is designed to increase awareness of transportation options in all of Amgen’s North American locations.
In King County, Jan manages the transportation at two worksites with 780 employees. The ridematching program, known as Ridelinks, offers employees an easy way to find an Amgen carpool partner and a tool to calculate carbon footprint and rideshare savings along with a calendar for tracking. The ORCA pass is subsidized 100%.
Amgen has 25 vanpools arriving at the Amgen campus each workday. In 2008, Jan received the Governor’s Commute Smart Champion Award for outstanding achievement. In 2004, Amgen was a Diamond Award winner and in 2008, Amgen received the Employer of the Year Visionary Award for Snohomish County for the innovative transportation work.

vehicle, and "CTR" for commute trip reduction.
