Low SOV rate a credit to ETC's hard work and initiative
Creativity, enthusiasm and willingness to take the initiative to produce results are keys to Jeri Moshier’s success in reducing commute trips. The Army Corps of Engineers, located in the Duwamish area of Seattle, has an impressive SOV rate of 13%. Jeri’s organization and promotion of transportation benefits has led to 64 vanpoolers, 31 carpoolers, 40 bus riders, bikers and walkers along with teleworkers and employees who work compressed workweeks.
